Mission Statement

Oklahoma Southwest Alliance (OSA) is a group of civic leaders from communities throughout Southwest Oklahoma where neighbors are joining together to improve the quality of life by identifying opportunities for sustainable economic growth, diversification, and/or stabilization. Progress must be obtained while maintaining our common rural community values and promoting appreciation for diversity. The alliance‘s success depends on effective grassroots involvement, educational outreach, resource pooling/sharing, and communication.
